Residents of Windover Farms attended the Titusville
Planning & Zoning meeting to speak against the proposed
re-zoning. The item was recommended for approval by the P &
Z. Now the fight moves to the City Council where we have won
before. We need you to attend this critical
meeting on November 8th.

NEWS: November 22, 2005: RULE #13 Request Despite overwhelming opposition from the Windover Farms Community (over 540 signatures in 2 weeks in opposition) the Developer / Applicant asked the City Council to enact Rule #13 of City Ordinance 2-22 and reverse their previous vote on the re-zoning, November 22, 2005. The City Council once again rejected the Developer / Applicant's request. For more info on the Rule #13 click here. ** Someone is removing our Community Information Signs about the Front entrance issues. Our sign asking the community to attend the recent City Council Meeting was taken within hours of placement on the Community Bulletin Board. There are precious few residents in Windover who support the re-zoning, we would hope they would respect everyone's opinion and conduct themselves accordingly. The developer has a right to due process and a right to be heard, and so do we the vast majority of Windover Farms residents in opposition. If you see someone removing a community information sign about the front entrance please contact us at 269-0492. ** We are organizing to raise money to make the Developer / Applicant an offer for the OR zoned portion of the front entrance. Our plan is to acquire the land in such a matter that it can never built on, never be sold, and will remain as asset to the Windover Community. Please call Barry at 269-0492 if you can help. This problem will not go away until the land is held by the residents of Windover Farms. Save Windover Farms Entrance
